I use a flex2. I know it's been discontinued but until I can afford a new fitbit I'm kind of needing to continue using. I'm wondering why the data on my dashboard of the IOS app is not updating. I log out delete app and all that jazz and still nothing. I"m currently doing a sleep/headache research study through Achievement that gets information from fitbit. However if I HAVE to manually put in my sleep time then the entire thing is useless. I could do all that on pen and paper. It was auto syncing sleep water etc up to 3 weeks ago and now this. Please advise. I hope this is making sense. Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this up, trying those steps and sharing those details that you need to track the sleep for a study. I'll be happy to help you figure out why your Flex 2 is not charging.
I'd like to ask you to confirm if you have tried all of the steps listed in this help article. while you have tried some of the ones listed in there please make sure that you have gone through all of them in the order that they show up. That should help so that the Flex 2 starts syncing again.
