Flex 2 not syncing with iPhone X.

My Fitbit app stopped syncing this morning after the clear up the app. I have the Flex 2. But in saying that  the Fitbit is working because it showing my step online. strange! I like the hourly 250 steps a hour it worked for 6am only. And my steps havent increased. 

 

1. I've shut my phone down 3 times

2. I've reinstalled fitbit on the app

3. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it.

Still no change.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums, for having reported this situation and for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, if you're seeing your correct steps in the online Dashboard but they're not showing up in the Fitbit app, I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-quit the Fitbit app, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to help:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone again and log back in to the app.
