Flex 2 won't vibrate with text notifications

It is now April 2020 and soft about 6 months now since I updated my phone my flex 2 still does not vibrate with text message notifications only with calls. Am I the only one that is still experiencing this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Flex 2 won't vibrate with text message notifications after you updated your phone. Thank you for confirming that your tracker vibrates with call notifications. I will be glad to investigate, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would like to confirm that Flex 2 vibrates twice for calls and should vibrate once for text messages. 

 

I recommend restarting your tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Please also check this help article to confirm the steps to set up notifications and follow the complete troubleshooting instructions: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
