I hope someone can help. I have a new Charge 3 and it is not working. I am able to find the device on bluetooth, put the 4 digit code and then it comes up with an exclamation mark on the charge and I get an error message on my phone. I have tried (repeatedly) turning my phone on and off, deleting and reinstalling the app, taking the charge off charge, turning off Bluetooth, forgetting the device. I have also updated my iPhone software.
