I have a Fitbit Flex and I use an Iphone 8plus to sync with it.  I have had the dongle (is that right?) plugged into my USB port on my computer for 2 days and there are no lights on it at all.  It was at 24% when I put it on to charge on Tuesday morning.

I've had it for almost a year with no problems, and love my Fitbit - I'm lost without it.

Hello again @pdyess

It appears, based on your post that your able to sync to your iPhone 8plus. Is there a reason you don’t just use your iPhone 8plus to just sync as well as interact with the Fitbit App on the iPhone? I’m asking because your iPhone 8plus is indeed a compatible iOS device to use the Fitbit App with so I’m confused with the need of a dongle.

I'm missing something - (or maybe "dongle" is not the correct word) the battery for the Fitbit is not registering that it is even working, as it won't charge at all, and is completely dead (no lights, says searching on the app and can't find it - I have deleted my Fitbit and reinstalled it with no results).  I have to have the fitbit working to sync with anything (preferably the app on my phone), correct? Otherwise, I wouldn't need the Fitbit (bracelet on my arm) at all?  I've worn it and it has synced just fine for the past year until the battery was low and I tried to charge it.  I have two "connectors" (probably not the correct word, but the piece you put the battery into to charge it and plug into the USB port) and I have tried both and neither is charging the battery.

That worked! Resetting it allowed me to get it charged again and once fully charged, re-installed and synced great. Thanks for the help!
