It doesn’t even acknowledge that it is there, even though it is fully charged and it showing all it’s lights. How many others are having same problem? What is to be done to fix the problem?

I basically had to resolve the problem by doing the troubleshoot that was in the manual, where you plug it into the charger, then take a paperclip and push it in the hole in the back of the charger for 4 seconds to reset the flex. It worked just fine then.

Hi @RosMarBra. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting me know that your Flex isn't syncing correctly, let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, have you made sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version? Also, do you receive an error message when trying to sync?

Since your post didn't mention, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Flex from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Flex.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Choose your Flex from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

I'll be around, keep me posted with the outcome.

I am having the same issue with my Versa. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps recommended on this forum to no avail. I only started having this issue sometime between 12 am - 8 am today (March 12, 2020). Before this never had this problem with this particular Versa. Now it isn't even recognized as a bluetooth device by my phone. Help!!
