@BobbyChemist Have you tried restarting your tracker? If a restart doesn't help, I'd then recommend reaching out to customer support like @SteveH mentioned above.

Does the vibrate otherwise work e.g. for an alarm?
I've seen a few instances of this where the settings had been accidentally changed such the Flex was no longer set to vibrate at the step goal or the number of steps for that goal had changed. It's worth checking your settings:
https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device to check that it's still steps
And the number of steps for the goal can be checked on the dashboard.
