Flex won't sync after charging

I use an iPhone 6, every time I need to charge my flex I spend the next day or so getting it to sync. I restart several times and sometimes I have to go so far as to remove the app and reinstall it, this last time it still didn't sync for hours after I reinstalled the app!!! This is frustrating and it happens every time I charge it.

It's nice to see you around @Erinpoe, hope you're doing great today! Hmmm...this is very strange let me say sweetie.

 

Anyways, I'd recommend trying the suggestions in the I can't sync my tracker article to solve this syncing issue.

 

Give it a shot and let me know goes it goes after Woman Very Happy!
