Do you have the same problem that the device can not be found?!!

Hi @Mistrecious. Welcome to the Forums.

Thanks for letting me know about your Flex and the message received when trying to sync. Since your iPhone 11 Pro has been confirmed to be compatible, please make sure of the following:

  • Your Fitbit device and iPhone are within 20 feet.
  • The Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  • You've turned off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby to avoid any interference.
  • Your Flex's battery isn't critically low.

If those conditions are met, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Remove the Flex from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Flex with the steps described here.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > set up a device.
  5. Choose your Flex and follow the onscreen instructions to reconnect it to your account.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
