App freezing after update

Fitbit app keeps freezing when I tap on the sleep Function. Have to close and restart the app each time to fix. Can use other functions ok (like adding water etc). Only appears to happen when trying to see how I slept. Worked fine until I updated yesterday.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for your efforts while working on the app. While it's weird that this happens just when checking your sleep details, I'd recommend to give a try to the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  5. Check your sleep details one more time.

I am having the same problem - it works if I follow your instructions but not for long

Thanks for letting me know that you're having the same issue, as well for trying the steps posted above. This is unusual and to further investigate, may I know if you started having this issue after an update? Was it an update for the app or the iOS? Also, may I know your iPhone's model, Fitbit app and iOS version?
