Flex2 not working

I just got the flex2 not even a month ago and is not working. Anyone else having this issue?

Would it be possible for you explaining to me a bit further what seems to be the problem with your Flex 2? Is it not turning on or not charging? Is it not counting your steps or not receiving notifications?
