Floor count exaggerated

Exaggerated floor count recorded for weeks. Over 40 a day. Even having floor count being recorded during sleep. I have done the normal reboot of Versa 4 watch, and app. Removal and reinstall of app. No updates available. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hi @TheTruth101 - unfortunately the floor counts are often off when the watch has a faulty sensor.

There isn't much you can do about it or should do about it as the floor count doesn't affect any other measurements (strangely), so the best is just to ignore it.

A last resort factory reset is the only option but it is unlikely to fix it and could make things worse and just be a waste of time.

Even returning under warranty means being without a watch for a period just to get a refurbished one which nay have other problems doesn't seem worth it.

I understand your reply, but do not fully agree. At 6-months of normal wear, I would expect the Versa 4 to be still performing without issue. With the only answer being, to disregard, I guess I will look elsewhere when purchasing my next watch. Thank you for your quick reply. Appreciate it.
