Food log spinning

I have been using Fitbit for many years. I recently upgraded to Versa2. I have been trying to log my food intake but after I choose a food it just spins and never adds food. Does anyone have any idea why?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to log your food.

 

Please try logging out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back in.

 

Our team is currently releasing a new version of the Fitbit app (3.14). If you still don't have this version, you should receive a notification soon.
