I’m sick to death of the app not working properly and the pitiful ’support’ offered from Fitbit here on the forum. My food log is useless, I can usually add food I’ve had before but when I eat something different it’s impossible… there are usually dozens of options available in search but when I try to select any new food it just gives me the loading spinner. If it won’t add the exact product I often try adding a similar food from the list but it still won’t load anything. I’ve seen the previous posts on this subject and tried all the suggestions. I’ve tried force quitting the app and restarting my phone. I’ve tried being on 4G and on Wi-Fi, I have got an iPhone 12 and I’ve got the latest updates but this has been an issue for years now, on and off and it seems to getting worse, not improving.
Does anyone have an actual solution for this problem?
