Food logging doesn't work on the app

Getting really tired of having to try multiple times or resort to opening up my laptop to log meals. What is wrong with the app?????????????? I search, tap the item, and then stare at a white page in hopes that it MIGHT finally register. Often times, it does not. The app is a primary reason for me not having the Apple watch. If the Fitbit app is gonna fail me, not much reason for me to stay with the brand when my Versa finally gives up the ghost.

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
  5. Reboot your phone.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
