Food logging issues

I have been using this app for years and all of a sudden it won’t add foods I search and when I try to add previous foods it gives a zero cal count?

@KTtrainer Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the food logging issue that your Fitbit app has experienced, please make sure that your phone is running the most recent Fitbit app version.

 

If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. After this, try to log foods and see if the issue gets fixed.
