Food logging problems and calorie totals wrong

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The same severe bug that plagued the iOS app 18 months ago, and recurred a year ago, is appearing AGAIN, after the most recent update.

Some foods logged from the iOS app do not show up in the totals. Their entries don't appear in the web interface and they are not deletable in the iOS app.

This affects the app running on both iPhone and iPad.

Did someone revert the bug fix by accident?

Hello @jgpdx, good to see you around and thank you for bring this issue to my attention. I would recommend to force quit the app if you recently updated  the app.

1. Log out from the Fitbit app and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and try again.

Also let me know if this issue is happening on the Web-based Dashboard too? Since you mentioned the entries don't appear on the web interface.

If the issue persists after the force quit, can you share some screenshots to have a closer look and investigate further if this is a glitch? If you need more help with the screenshots take a look at this post that might provide you more help.

Keep me posted if the issue persist.
