I just started using my Alta again after not using for some months. Everything was fine, all data tracked Monday and Tuesday. Tonight I tried to see the data on my iPad Pro and it wasn't all showing; I then read in 'help' that data on 2 mobile devices doesn't work, well that's another quesiton for later since I have all notifications off.
My question is that when I came back to my iPhone, the
1. food,
2. water
3. "are you ready to move"
4. sleep
tiles show no data for Monday and Tuesday. When I click on the food tile ("cal in"), I do see the calories for Monday and Tuesday, same goes for the water and the movement.
I'd like to get the data back for past days onto my tiles/dashboard on the iPhone. On my Macbook, everything looks fine.
I shut off bluetooth on iPad, so that's not interfering for now.
I shut all apps and relaunched them. I restarted the iPhone. I disconnected the Alta from iPhone and reconnected it. I synced, of course.
So how can I get the data back showing on the tiles for Monday and Tuesday?
Thanks, Etana (had the Ulta, Flex, now the Alta)
(By the way, I do not like the tiles. I prefered the iPhone app list)

Hey there @etana_f! Do you mean that your tiles got disappeared? If so follow the instructions below in order to add it back:
If this is not the issue please attach the screenshot on your post so I can further investigate.
Keep me posted!

No, my tiles are all there. I have narrowed down the problem to this:
All the tiles on my Macbook Pro from previous days this week are fine/accurate.
All thetiles on my iPhone 6+ for today are fine/accurate.
However, most of the tiles on my iPhone 6+ from previous days this week again show today's data & therefore are inaccurate & not helpful to me. The iPhone is where I mostly view my Fitbit data. Comparisons are not possible with incorrect data, and it is not motivating.
I've attached a screen capture of today & yesterday. Most of the tiles show today's data, instead of yesterday's tiles showing yesterday's data. (I couldn't get the bottom tiles of food & water in the photo, but they are wrong too). This is only true on my iPhone.
Thanks for responding to my request for help.

@etana_f What you are describing is expected behavior. For the new iOS dashboard, the tiles below your daily activity stats show your most recent information, even if you are looking at your activity stats from another day.
You can access your historical data for things like sleep or water consumed in the Fitbit App by clicking into the tile.
You can find more information about the new iOS dashboard by clicking here.

Thanks a lot for the information/clarification, and link to info.
Personally, I think that is a horrible choice, especially since the computer version is different/accurate. Probably cheap programming decision? Considering Fitbit is doing so well financially (I assume)...
I would offer my vote to make the mobile dashboard the same as the computer dashboard, with yesterday displaying yesterday's information on all tiles. I much prefer the computer version of yesterday being all yesterday. When I go to log my Fitbit day's data into my Excel spreadsheet, it works for me that the day is the day, and not that yesterday is half yesterday and half today!
Thanks and please pass this longtime consumer's feedback to appropriate department.
