I had been a user of "jawbone", recently upgraded (or downgraded) to Fitbit family, I have a Alta HR and my friends have Flex2..I cannot see my sleep data - broken into deep sleep, light sleep and REM sleep..and Alta HR was sold and advertised to be capable of this..secondly I cannot see my friends data at all, just his name and picture - no daily activities or sleep data..yes we both have checked the privacy settings and it's all set to "friends"..why can't you develop an app like jawbone!!

fitbit shouldn't have been advertising this as a feature on Alta HR, if it wasn't there yet at the time of product launch.
