Friends and data disappeared from Fitbit app

all of my friends are gone and everything has dispersed i need some help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Because it's been a few days since your post, may I know if the issue persists? If so, let's give a try to the following:

 

  1. Log out from your account one more time.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check if your information is displayed correctly.
