Hi everyone,
My Fitbit Inspire 3 is stuck on “Sync from Fitbit app”.
Pairing works and the code shows on the watch. Clock faces can sync.
However, when the app asks to update the firmware, the Update button does nothing , no preparing screen, no progress, nothing happens.
I already tried reinstalling the app, pairing as new, draining the battery, and different networks.
The problem started after a firmware update attempt.
Has anyone experienced this or found a solution? I bought it a month ago and now is useless.

My versa 4 has been the same. Did new update. And it’s never been right since. After charging all day, it only lasted a couple of hours and the screen went blank. Rebooted, removed app, watched every YouTube and info possible and then reinstalled everything and the watch is totally dead. No vibrate nothing. I’m so gutted as I’ve always got on so well with my Fitbit.
I’ve had it 2 years and I’ve never had any issues. I need to think what to buy next as it won’t be a Fitbit
