Wrist Versa is frozen. Still updating to my app. Can’t get my screen to change.

The Fitbit wrist band. I have an alarm set to go off at 12:34 each day and
that goes off and the screen changes with that alarm but i cannot get it to
do anything else. My steps show up on the app if I wear the band, but the
band is stuck.
