I’ve had the Versa for a couple months now. I was so excited to have this tool while training for my upcoming half marathon. In the first couple weeks the GPS always connected. Now I’m lucky if it connects at all. Anyone else having these issues? I’ve tried everything to fix this and nothing has worked.

Hello @ChristaHorst
First and foremost congratulations on your determination to train for a half a marathon! Impressive!
i have seen this issue pop up several times and what I’ve noted is there is quite a number of success in solving this issue by simply reinstalling the Fitbit App.
This will not cause you to lose your Fitbit’s data. Here’s how:
delete the Fitbit app from your device
now turn off your iPhone completely
now restart your phone
make sure your Bluetooth is on
go to the App Store and download the Fitbit App
once the Fitbit app is downloaded just sign on to your account as you normally do.
tap your exercise tile then tap the stopwatch in upper right
now tap the GPS request
😃please let me know if this solves your issue
