Hi there @Alicat2104, good to see you around. I wonder how you are tracking your GPS exercise, are you using MobileRun from the app, GPS connected from a tracker with this option or is it a Surge?
Regardless of my previous question, if you have recently updated the app it might be require a restart. so log out from your Fitbit App and restart your phone. Once it has restarted, log back in and try again to review if the issue was resolved.
