I have been using fitbit devices for over 5yrs and never encountered any problems, but from earlier this year I have been receiving notifications on my iPhone that does not tally with the statistics on my dashboard and app. I have tried numerous suggestions provided by the fitbit support team, including updating my iOS and fitbit app, unpairing and again pairing device to my phone, deleting the reinstalling app, but nothing worked. Any of you have had the same experience and solution for this?
