Unable to edit Interval Workout in app.

How do you change the interval timer? I need 45 seconds active, 15 seconds rest.

Why isn’t this more user friendly?!? I’m not finding the ‘Exercise Shortcuts’ option in the ‘Settings’ in either the app or on the web.  I’ve changed it once before and somehow it’s gone.

It shouldn’t be this annoying to change what is essentially a stopwatch.

Hello @Kianisara, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that if you're unable to find "Interval Workout" in the list of Exercise Shortcuts, please tap on Edit on this screen and remove one of the exercises listed here, then add "Interval Workout".

After that, when you tap on Interval Workout you will be able to see the next screen:

Once you've edited the interval here, go back, and sync your Versa, you will be able to see the exercise on your watch afterwards.

I hope this can be helpful, give these steps a try and let us know the outcome.
