GPS track not working correctly

After completing a walk or run using the GPS function the app shows two entries.  The GPS entry shows the track and nothing else.  The second is the standard workout entry.

 

The used to log as one entry until recently.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which exercises are being affected? Also, which Fitbit device are you using? To move forward, please send me screenshots of the GPS entries.
