I am having a problem with this error showing whenever I set the alarm. I have to shut down my app, shut off bluetooth, turn it back on, restart my watch and reopen the app to get it to work again. I have and iPhone 5 and have the latest software (that I can have for my phone). It does it with any clock face. Anyone else having this issue?

Versa and all clock faces. I ended up doing a factory reset but I haven't used it yet to know if that resolved the issue.

Hello @smokeyangel, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Tell me, are you using a Fitbit Versa or Fitbit Ionic? Is this happening with one specific clock-face or with any clock-face? If it's with an specific one, please let me know which one. This will be very helpful for me to check this further and determine what we should do next.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting to hear from you.

I had several errors during the factory install. One saying it couldn't connect via wifi but that I could continue using bluetooth. I did that and then couldn't connect to the app to sync when it was done. I closed everything and restarted and it still didn't work. Tried another time and it was really slow... fell asleep during the process. This am was not able to connect to app, restarted everything and it finally synced. I changed the clock face and then went in to change the alarm. So far, so good but quite a process to fix it.

I shut off my Versa alarm this morning and noticed the clock face had errored out again. It just says "Clock Error, go to the Fitbit app and choose another clock face." I don't know if it was a result of the alarm going off or if it was that way already. Not really sure what else I can do at this point other than restarting it, the app, and bluetooth every time and not using the alarm. It's not my wifi or the rest of our electronics would be acting up also and they aren't. It synced just fine. I'm doubting there's anything I can do on my end to fix it at this point.
UPDATE:
It's back now without having to do anything. I'm very confused lol.
UPDATE 2:
Still working so I guess it's resolved. Not sure if there was an update, if it was a connection issue that resolved itself, or if the factory reset worked and I had additional issues for a while after but I am considering this resolved for now.

Hello @smokeyangel, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and let me know about this situation.
I appreciate your participation in the forums and for letting me know you're still experiencing this issue. Tell me, which clock-face were you using this time when the watch gave you this message? Did you change the clock-face or did the message disappeared by itself? Did you sync your watch after the error messaged popped? This will be very helpful for me to check this further and determine what we should do next.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

All clock faces as stated twice above. I tried as many as I could to see if it was specific. It happened whenever I changed my alarm immediately. I'm guessing there was some kind of update which might have resolved this because I was still having issues after doing a factory reset but after leaving it alone for a few days it's fine. I can change the alarm and it still works. If there's been no update between now and when I originally reported the issue then I don't know that it could even be figured out.

Hello @smokeyangel, thanks for coming back, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and I'm glad your issue seems to be resolved for now.
Please note that we have just updated the Fitbit app (on Sept. 5th), which might have been helped getting this issue resolved. Nevertheless, in case you experience it again, please take a picture of your Versa and reply to me with so I can forward it to our team.
