I think they are still doing it by invite because I just updated it myself and it still has that old look as well. I kind of want to have the new look already and now it feels like all the cool kids are running away with brand new toys while we have to play with the hand-me-downs....

I decided not to update from 2.95 to 3.0 because of all the negative comments in the forum about the new dashboard.  I cannot see from the App Store what bugs they have fixed and what performance improvement they have done with this version.  So long as they have not fixed the erroneous and erratic floors counts of Charge 3, there is no reason to "update" and deal with more grieves.

I don't think the app is the problem if your watch is being erratic. That sounds like the device itself needs an update. I have the versa and it's been great so far regardless of the app version. Hopefully Fitbit fixes it soon!

I’m having the same issue. Have the update and proper iOS and still seeing all the same old features and dashboard.

@JayB1rd96  I have been keeping up with all app and firmware updates for my Charge 3 up to iOS App version 2.95 Firmware 20001.60.39.  The altimeter counts indoor floors fairly accurately but outdoor activities yield wildly erratic counts.  Push lawn mowing for an hour on fairly level ground yields 30 plus floors.  My 5.5 km walks on the same route yield anything from 7 m to 70 m elevation with no strong wind or other atmospheric changes.  All previous updates failed to correct anything.  So unless Fitbit specifically say this update fixes this problem, I am leery of any more updates.  Not to mention there are lots of negative feedback about the new Dashboard.  I don't think I want any more disappointment another update does not fix anything on top of messy UI changes.

As of today ... Jul-06-2019 I too am still waiting on the new dashboard.  Have deleted and reinstalled iOS app twice since 7-03 with no luck on see the new dashboard.  Not sure what else we need to do.  However .. they may have pulled the invites for issues.
