Getting error message when trying to download the Fitbit app.

So I got my fitbit recently and tried to download the app on my iPhone (5s) but it comes up with the error  -''Fitbit'' could not be downloaded at this time.- and I have also trying to download on another iPhone (6s) but still pops up with the same message.

 

 

Please need tips on fixing this

This seems like a very odd situation. Are you trying to download the Fitbit app from the US Store? Which iOS version is your phone currently running? 

 

If you're still getting this error message, please take a screenshot of it and reply to me with it so I can check this further.
