Ghost App's Fitbit Notification Screen

Hello!

My Notification list on my actual Fitbit app on my Iphone has a list of all the apps I have ever had notifications from.

But after deleting the apps from my phone over time, the App name has stayed in the Fitbit Notifcation menu, and is cluttering everything up!

Anyway to remove that?

Turned off my phone, deleted the app, logged of etc etc, looks like no fix!

A warm welcome to the Community @Danser95! I've moved your post to this thread, because it's more related to the topic.

I appreciate the troubleshoot you've performed in order to fix the notification issue you're experiencing. It's really weird that you're still getting this option even when you already uninstalled the app. Please try the following:

- Log out of the app

- Restart your phone

- Log back in

After this, you may want to check if you see these apps on your phone notifications settings. If you keep having the same issue, provide me with a screenshot of the Fitbit notifications screen.

Keep me posted.
