I purchased the Alta today, and would like to give my Charge to my daughter. The Charge is not being recognized on her Ipod touch application. It keeps 'searching' without finding the Charge. How can we fix this? Thanks!
Best AnswerA couple things to check - did you delete it from your account? Are there more than one tracker in the area (ie, your new Alta)? Is there more than one device running the Fitbit app or using Bluetooth in the immediate vicinity?
All of these *could* impact the success of pairing. Hope this helps! There are a bunch of suggestions on the help website of Fitbit, too, but I think these might do the trick.

@bethhr I'd also recommend making sure that the iPod touch is compatible with syncing Fitbit trackers. Click here to double check.
Some of the earlier generations of the iPod touch don't have the necessary Bluetooth requirements for syncing Fitbit trackers.
