Goal graphics missing

I used to get graphics with my Fitbit app.  As I advanced toward my goal, a circle would advance around the info, then "explosions" would announce that I had met my goal when the circle was complete.  One day those graphics disappeared and nothing would bring them back.  Now I have a new iPhone 8 and still no graphics.  Deleted and reloaded the Fitbit app - still no graphics.  All I see is a dot at the top of the circle.  Any ideas?

Hello @BigEric, thanks for your patience while I investigated this issue. Smiley Happy

At this moment I would like to ask you to go your online Dashboard and check on the "Today" tile your daily goals. When you hover on this tile, a gear icon will appear at the bottom of it:

Click on the Gear icon and you will be able to check and edit your daily goals. It's possible the goals have been set up too high, which will explain why the circles for steps, calories burned, etc., are not filling up.

Edit your goals if necessary and click on Done when you finish.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @BigEric, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, would it be possible to let me know specifically which graphics are you not able to see? Is the app missing the progress bar on each circle or is it not showing the celebration goal for each circle or the big one when every goal is reached? Additionally a screenshot of what you're able to see will be very helpful to me to check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

It's the progress circle that goes around the display, and then the success graphic.  I hope that I can attach a picture of it.  My step goal is 6000;DSCN1368 (2).JPG you will note in the picture that I have achieved that, yet there is no circle around the footprints.  When I first started using my Charge HR, the graphics were there.  Then, one day and for no apparent reason, they disappeared.  Resetting the Charge HR and the iPhone 5 didn't cause anything to change.  Then I bought an iPhone 8.  Same display, so I deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled it.  Still no change.  As far as I can tell, the numbers are correct.  Is there a solution to this?  Thanx from Big Eric
