Graphs show "no measurements" instead of data

My relatively new Versa 2 is not tracking anything beyond high level data. Every category just says “no measurements” once you click on the daily totals of each category. Where you should see peaks and valleys is just a statement called “no measurements.” Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Tried that days ago. There are some other recent negative reviews mentioning this issue and still nothing!

FITBIT NEEDS TO FIX INCREMENTAL DATA!! Stop ignoring this issue and fix this already. It’s been 2 weeks since the last update and the disappearance of all graph data on the app. I have seen no resolution or response from Fitbit. Since they marked the other forum regarding this issue as “solved” WHEN IT HASN’T BEEN. Here is a new forum on the SAME issue.

Could it be that Fitbit would have suddenly removed graph feature but for paying premium users?!

I read « If you don’t subscribe to Premium, Fitbit locks some of its best features behind an arbitrary paywall. Sleep tracking becomes more basic, you lose the ability to see your historic data laid out in graphs, so you can’t recognize patterns in your exercise and sleep history as easily. » on https://www.techradar.com/opinion/want-a-cheap-fitness-tracker-get-the-fitbit-inspire-2-before-its-g...

I personally resigned from premium subscription precisely on the date v3.69 was released so I am not able to say if it could be part of the reasons.
That would definitely be totally unacceptable. Moreover, I guess the app would them have a different type of message to promote premium subscription.

my question is : are some premium users in the forum also having the problem?

Best Answer

Yes, still the same problem. Doesn’t matter if you’ve got premium or not.

Any updates on a fix date please? Very annoying and seems to be taking too long to fix. It’s been 3 weeks now.

Best Answer

Issue is also present on IOS 16: it is not an IOS-related issue.

Let me know if you get an answer to this malfunction.  I can see steps measurement on Fitbit website but not the app.

@franc Are your steps registered on your device and not synchronized with the Fitbit app, or does your Charge 5 not display your steps?

@Yay4Zumba I'd suggest clearing your Fitbit App's cache. Then restart your phone and synchronize again.

Steps are registering on my charge 5.  They show up online in the Fitbit.com site when logged in.  The steps do show as a total on the app, however when you click on the total to see the hour by hour graph..it says not measured.

How do you clear the Fitbit app cache?  I don't see anything in the app settings to do that.

The steps show on the Fitbit and in the app but when I try to see when I took the steps (on the graph), it says no measurements.

The detailed hourly info of my calorie burn is not being displayed on either my app or on my online fitbit account.  On the app, I can see the calories burned for the whole day and can also see the calorie graph for any exercise I do, but when I go into the calorie section and then click to look at the detail over the 24 hours, the display simply shows a flat line and states ‘no measurement’. Online, the ‘Calories burned’ tile is simply a blank white box with a whirring circle inside.  I’ve tried logging out and back into my account, rebooting my phone but nothing seems to work. Please help!

Is there any update on this?
another week gone and we don’t have the data we’re meant too … 😞

Best Answer
Not that I know of. The data can be viewed on the website if you need to
view it. Only the app is broken

@Yay4Zumba You can clear an app's cache in your phone's settings.
