Hello Fitbit Fam!

AS an early Christmas gift I got the Ionic.  However, i am not receiving notifications for my messages.  I receive the calls and the apps notifications but no messages.  I have tried everything from factory set and syncing and syncing.  Any suggestions?????

I've run into the same problem and here is what's I found. From the Ionic clock face, you can swipe to the right where you will see: Notifications - Receive From Phone or Off. Make sure it is set to Receive From Phone. Occasionally, I will check it and find that it is set to Off. I suspect it is a combination of Screen Wake being on Auto and the long sleeve sweaters and tops I tend to wear in the cold, Michigan winters. They were rubbing against the Ionic screen. 

 

My solution was to keep Screen Wake on Manual for now and verify that Notifications is set to Receive from Phone. Maybe this will help you. Please let me know.

SOLVED. Ionic syncing issue.  Bought an apple watch.  Always works!
