My grandpa gave me a Fitbit a while back and I have no idea which one it is. Can someone help me figure it out please? It looks like 2-3 different ones.

its black, about an inch wide and I think less than a quarter inch wide screen. The screen’s length goes against the width of the band. It has a 2 prong charge port. It looks kinda like a flex or force. Please help me lol

Hello @VivaciousNymph

Take a look at this picture to see if one of them seems most like your Fitbit. Can your Grandpa remember which one it was?

The Flex charges by removing the tracker from the band, so you can rule that out.

Force was recalled a few years back.

One way to know what it is, set it up and during the process, you will be prompted to click on the image that is your device. It should tell you.
