I have noticed a change in the Dashboard notifications area. The boxes where we can check or uncheck notification preferences have disappeared and have been replaced with dashes. (See Screenshot) I went to my Fitbit App and noticed the email notification area has also changed and the only option now is enabling an email for challenge invites. (See Screenshot) I’ve noticed this change in the last week or so. Is this now a permanent?

@SunsetRunner oh yeah. People started posting about it yesterday and it's both Android and iOS. Just waiting for Fitbit to let us know. Nice screenshot. You're iOS, right? I'm on Android and it's the same on my Windows 8.1 computer.

Hello @Odyssey13
Yes my device is an iOS. I’m wondering if some of the notifications issues (not calls texts) are related to this. Weekly reports missing, Friends request etc coming through email (I’m seeing the term “notifications” and “emails” being interchangeable quite a bit on posts)
Thanks for letting me know we are waiting on word from Fitbit.

Update @Odyssey13 😃 The issue has been resolved in both the online Dashboard and in the Fitbit App. and now appears as it normally did before.

Since installing latest iOS update the app doesn’t recognize Bluetooth and won’t synch

Hello @DAVLAW
Im sorry your having syncing issues. This post is not under the correct thread but I can still help you. A moderator or Fitbit Council may move it to the correct thread but no worries. 😉
First try shutting off your Bluetooth then back on again if that doesn’t solve the pairing issue then log out of your Fitbit app then force shut your your Fitbit app the App by swiping up. Then log out completely from your iOS device, wait about 1-2 minutes then turn your device back on. Now log back into your Fitbit Account as you normally would and see if this solves your issue.
😃 Please let me know if this answers your question and solves your pairing issue. I’ll be around so keep me updated.

Hello again @DAVLAW
I’m sorry my previous suggestions did not solve your issue. Let’s just start with a fresh Fitbit App install. You will not lose your data doing this:
Just uninstall the app, then completely shut down your device and wait about 1-2 minute then turn your device back on. Once it fully loads head to the App Store and reinstall the Fitbit app and simply login to the Fitbit app as you normally do by inputting your email address and password. Try to see if your Fitbit sync now. Pay special attention to the app hopefully asking permissions to pair...of course say always when asked.
😉 Please let me know if this solves the Bluetooth issue. I’ll be available
