Health Metrics Trends for More than 90 Days

I would like to see Health Metrics Trends for more than 90 days. This would be for metrics like Resting Heart Rate (RHR) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV).

See attached images from iOS app.

I tried exporting the data from the website Dashboard, but the data files are fragmented and I have no clue how to visualize them as graphs. Is there a 3rd party resource that can import and visualize long-term Fitbit data?

Please help!

Hello @Anchoy and welcome to the Community.  You can go back a week at a time by tapping on the SEE MORE DATA option for each metric.  With the exception of your resting heart rate, there's no single graph that goes back more than 90 days.  You can see your RHR history by tapping on your heart rate tile, then by expanding your RHR graph at the top of the page.  You can rotate this graph to landscape and swipe to the right to see previous history.  I'm not aware of any third party resource that can create long term graphs for each of the metrics.

I'm moving your post to the iOS forum.  I think it is a better fit.  Although you must use the web dashboard to export your data, Health Metric data is only in the mobile app, not on the web dashboard.

Thanks for your help. On the iOS forum I'm sure they will simply say that viewing more than 90 days worth of data is impossible. But let's see if anyone has some ideas for a solution over there.
