Health Metrics tile says "program does not exist"

Every time I tap into the healthy metric gives me an error that program does not exist.  I already erase the app installed again but the problem continues.  I use the HR5 recently after upgraded from the HR4.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps tried on your own. It's odd you're getting that message and to investigate on my end, may I know the model and OS version of your phone? Also, take a screenshot of the message and attach it to your reply.

In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap the Health Metrics tile and check your data.
