Health Stats wrong in app summary

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since the app upgrade, the dashboard and the detailed health stats are not consistent. I’ve attached an example. My app dashboard says 5 out of 5 are in range. However when I click on the tile, one is below my personal range and one heart rate variability hadn’t been recorded (see screenshots). This is now a regular thing so the tile summary is useless. Along with the mapping issues, this is another annoyance since the app was unnecessarily changed.

Same issue, also affects the sleep details

I am on v4.04 of the app and have had the same issue regularly. (Attached below screenshots). I think it’s more worrying when the overview dashboard page doesn’t detect and flag something that’s out of personal range (as in your example) More often mine just doesn’t tally with the reality in the data on the next page. As a result I’ve chosen to ignore the dashboard page and head straight for the view of the data beneath it to see the daily metrics.

My Fitbit app is doing a similar thing. I am on v4.06 and my summary says I have 4 out of 5 in my personal range but I have 5 out of 5. Sometimes it show correctly but that is rare.

Can this please be fixed? Or at least our problem acknowledged?

Agree @ChookG ….. I’ve seen no acknowledgment yet from Fitbit that this is reported. @LizzyFitbit  would you know if it is?

This morning I had the same issue that @AndyLondon reported above which is no dashboard flag for ‘out of range’ which is really not good as you wouldn’t know at a glance. See pictures below. Today the dashboard is completely opposite to the drill down data saying ‘1 in personal range’ rather than ‘1 out of personal range’ and it has all the health stats muddled up.

Same thing is happening to me. Today it says I got 3 of 5 metrics on the dashboard, but only 2of 5 on the metrics page. Sometimes only shows 1 or 2 of 5. This has been ongoing since the 4.06 update. I get all of my metrics for a couple of days then this happens. Then I don’t get any sleep details.

Have an iPhone 13 with iOS 17.2,

Currently using a Sense 1 but it happens on a Versa 3 and Sense 2 also The only constant is the app.

i might as well be using a Surge!

Please Fitbit make it work!
