Heart Rate Not Reading on Blaze

Hello, I updated my Blaze to the new software. Since the update, my heart rate is not reading. The green lights are now staying on, not flickering and it is draining the battery really fast. It is calculating my calories, but not displaying my heart rate on the watch or the app. 

 

I have restarted the watch several times and put it back on my charger and restarted, no luck.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. Tell me, are you currently wearing a Blaze or do you have any other device? Have you tried to restart the device already? If so, please let us know so we can check this further.
