Heart rate daily chart not showing after iOS update

Hi, the heart bit daily chart just stopped to show up after we upgraded the iOS to latest version. Did anyone suffer the same issue? How to fix it? Thank you.

Thank you for coming to this community with your question. I understand your having an issue with your Heart Rate graph not displaying after the latest iOS update. Hopefully I can help you resolve this. Let’s try force shutting the Fitbit App and see if that does the trick.

Heres how:

log out of your Fitbit App

now force shut your app by swiping it upward

shut off your iOS device completely and wait 1-2 mins then restart your iOS device 

niw log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password 

sync your Fitbit tracker

I tried it couple times. I even tried to uninstall and install the Fitbit software again. But the heart rate daily chart was still not showing up.

PS, the real-time heat rate did show up.

Anything else I can try?

Hello again @Stevenchi 

Maybe your just used to it in a certain spot.

Here’s how I get to my chart:

open your Fitbit App

tap your heart rate tile on the main page

now see the graph above place your finger on the graph and swipe left

tap the connecting up/down arrows to expand the page

tap the connecting up/down arrows again to minimize the page

ope your Fitbit app

tap your heart rate tile on the main page

now tap any day you wish to look at by taping the “>” button to the right of each day

tap the graph to expand it

tap the up/down arrows to minimize it
