Heart rate doesn’t match?

Since I switched to the Charge 4 it is a showing a spike in heart rate each night around the same time. Like a HUGE spike, up to 180 bpm. This is when I look at the active zone. My all day heart rate doesn’t show this.

See the pictures for the issue.

As you can see, they show a different story. Is this a glitch? I’m concerned and obviously would want to see a doctor of every night my HR is shooting up super high.

this is the photo from the all day tracker:

I did go for a run around noon so that spike is normal and accounted for. any suggestions on how to fix the discrepancy?

Hi @Aoneil618. Welcome! It's great to have you on board and I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention as well for the screenshots provided. It's odd that you're getting two spikes in the active zone minutes graph, when your heart rate graph only shows one spike. Are you still having this issue? Is the Fitbit app update to the latest version? May I also know your phone's model and OS version?

While this shouldn't happen, please try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app as described here.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Check your details one more time.

Hi, I gave this a try and hopefully it will help resolve the issue. I have also been in touch with Fitbit customer support. It is still showing the previously recorded active minutes in the middle of the night but hopefully this can help it going forward. It seems to only reflect the active minutes in the middle of the night when I log actual active minutes during the day. Thanks for the assistance and i will update you later if it worked after my work out later today.

Hi; I tried this and this morning it did not show active minutes logged in the middle of the night. I did exercise this afternoon and when I synced and checked my active minutes it now shows active minutes in the middle of the night. I’m not sure what is happening. It seems to reflect upon my daily activity minutes, almost like its mirroring them.
