Heart rate graph doesn't update (iPhone 7 plus, 10.0.2)

I got the iPhone 7 plus a week ago and consistently when I sync, the heart rate graph doesn't update. Or there's some terrible delay (like 1-2min). All the other stats update. I end up closing the app and reopening it and re syncing and sometimes that fixes it and sometimes I have to do it again... never had this problem on the iPhone 6 / prior OS version-- it was always available instantly.

Also the functionality to tap on the graph and see a line with the precise time where you tapped (and the time range you were asleep where you tapped) is gone... I'd like to +1 having that back, as I no longer know how long my longest sleeping stretch is, and no longer know precisely what time I woke up.

Thanks!

Hi there @angelafoodcake, good to see you around and let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.

In regarding to the heart rate, make sure you have the most recent version of the iOS Fitbit app. If you recently updated I recommend to force quit the app.

1. Log out from the app and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.

Note this is more a workaround, since after the update of iOS 10 there is a glitch which is affecting this part of the app causing that the heart rate does not update in real time. Nonetheless our team is already working on this to roll a fix in future versions of the app.

About the time range of the Sleep graph, still is available. You need to firmly tap on your graph and while you hold your finger down move around to see your sleep periods. you can take as reference this other post.

Hope this information helps and let me know if you have more questions.
