I have followed the instructions closely but no luck. Any suggestions?

@JimMather The Charge 2 will not show email notifications. Only text, call ,and calendar alerts.
Make sure on your Iphone's settings, you have "Allow in notification center", "Show in Notification Center " and "Allow on lock screen" enabled.

@JimMather Is any notications coming through? Does the tracker vibrate at all?

Sounds like it may not be paired. Try going into bluetooth settings on phone, and tell it to "Forget this device". Then try turning on the notifications again in the app, and see if that forces it to pair again.

i unpaired and re-paired my iPhone with the device still not working though.
very frustrating. I have to assume that because apple has a competing product (apple watch) that they are doing what they can to make it a bad experience for anyone outside the Apple Ecosystem.
When I get rid of this iPhone... I'll never return to an apple product again.
any additional help would be greatly appreciated as it appears unpairing and paring again only made it worse (and I've done it 3 times now trying to get them connected). my iPhone says it's connected, but it's clearly not.
