Heart rate graph not showing

Hello,

I have the Fitbit Sense 1. I have the App on IPhone with IOS 18.1.1

Ever since the App was updated three weeks ago to version 4.30, the heart rate graph no longer appears. The App does record my resting heart rate for each day, but the graph that shows my heart rate throughout the day and night is missing. I have restarted my Fitbit and the app, but it didn’t help.

Our team is aware of the issue and is looking into this. They'll work on a solution afterwards. 
In the meantime, many users have confirmed that the issue can be removed, when changing to the 24 h format.  A try is worth it.  How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock?

Our Team is looking into this and hopefully they come with a solution soon.

changing to the 24 h format did not work for me. This is extremely frustrating. I opened a fitbit case number if that helps. Fitbit Case Number: 5-2838000037305 . Does this fall under Warranty

@canobe , Thank you for your comment. As mentioned, this solution was offered by some users that could use it. 

As already mentioned, our team is looking into this and will work on a solution. 
I've passed the info that the temporary solution didn't help so that our team is aware of this
