Heart rate graph won't show data for individual days

I can still see the graphics if I open the days individually. But in the overview, the days after May 11th are now just with rest pulse number and the curve is not visible.

Hi there, @Snusp.

Thanks for the details provided. To look into this may I know the model and the OS version of your phone? Also, if possible take a screenshot of the graphs not showing your heart rate data correctly and attach it to your reply.

In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check your heart rate graphs one more time.
