With the latest iOS update 4.3, the heart rate number is not displaying in the heart tile. The darkened circle and the dot in the circle indicates that there is live data.
I removed and reinstalled the app but still not showing. However it does display in the Resting Heart Rate tile.

This is nearly two weeks in. The uniqueness and quality of being a Fitbit user has gone down since the Google takeover.
I had to reset my icons to bring the heart rate up at the expense of other icons I use. I am slowly losing my commitment to Fitbit and may soon join the family on Apple Watch. Sorry Fitbit, I really tried to stick it through.

I’ve tried resetting but nothing works. It’s very disappointing I’ve been a Fitbit user since 2016.
like you I’m getting fed up.

For the last week or so the current BPM in the Fitbit app shows as —. But it does show my daily bpm graph and resting heart rate.
my current BPM does show on my Fitbit. I have an iPhone 14 Pro.
I’ve disconnected my Sense from my phone’s Bluetooth, deleted the Fitbit app off my phone, restarted my phone, installed the Fitbit app back on my phone from the Apple store, added my Sense as a device using the Fitbit app. It shows connected via Bluetooth and I see all the other data except current BPM.
It’s still not showing the current BPM in the Fitbit app. Only on my Fitbit Sense device.

My focus tile on the iOS app is heart health. But most of the data in the tile is blank and has been for weeks. I have tried 2 hard restarts of my sense 2 and also completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app but below is what it still looks like even after all of that. I have Fitbit premium so I should not be running into any velvet rope limitations in the app capabilities—and resting heart rate data rendering is pretty basic to be a premium feature anyway. The whole point was to be able to pop open the app and see my resting heart rate at a glance at the top of the page. That MUST work. I would rather not have to switch back to Apple Watch, so please help a Fitbitter out.

Thanks Juan. We need more of this around here, where Fitbit folks are letting us know that issues we report are known and being looked at. It helps to know when something is not working correctly that the dev team is aware! 👍

NOT SOLVED. Please do NOT mark this as solved. There is still an issue with real-time bpm Zone Minutes. Previously, I could see where I was by heart rate with real-time minutes in fat burn, cardio, and peak. This view appears to no longer be available. If this is the case, I'll (sadly) be rethinking the FitBit.

@PAT7776 I can confirm that Fitbit is VERY aware of this problem. No date for the fix is available, though. As an iPhone user, I understand and share your pain.
@Dmboyle If you are an iPhone user, this is a known bug with version 4.03 of the Fitbit app. Fitbit is VERY aware of this, but there is no time frame for the fix.

@PAT7776 and everyone else. Version 4.04 is available and fixes this heart rate bug. And the battery percentage is back on the Today page, too! Right next to your devices icon in the upper left.
