Heart rate showing intermittently in the app

It appears the heart rate tracking is working pretty consistently on the device but isn't consistently showing up on the iPhone app. Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear your heart rate is not consistently showing up on the iPhone app. I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Make sure your device is syncing.

If the issue persists, please provide more details or screenshots of the issue and I will be glad to investigate further.
