Heart rate specificity

Is there a way to see EXACTLY what your heart rate was at a specific time on the HR graph? For instance, I can see my heart rate dips below 50 in the dead of night but I would like to know EXACTLY how low it goes. Is there a way to do that? It would be cool if you could hover over a spot and it showed you the time & hr at that time...

Thank you for moving this post to the correct board @SunsetRunner

Welcome to the Community @Symplesymon you can check the heart rate graph on your dashboard like on the screenshot below:

bpm graph.jpg

Remember that the heart rate is measured as bpm (beat per minute) so the heart rate you see on the tracker in real time is the measurement of the heart rate one minute ago. On the graph you see the records for periods of 5 mins.

Hope it helps!

  1. Unfortunately, the plot of heart rate lacks sufficient resolution to get the actual BPM. We need the ability to export the data so we can graph it ourselves!
